How long is the shipping?
The majority of our orders are processed and shipped by UPS, FedEx, 4PX, and DHL according to different areas. Our products are usually delivered within 7 to 16 working days. Every pair we sell is inspected in great detail to make sure that they are perfect before they are sent out to you.
How can I track my orders?
After we receive your order, it takes about 1-3 days to check the quality and packing according to your order numbers. Then we will send a picture of the items and tracking number to you by email, then you guys could track it online. Our customer service will also keep tracking the orders to make sure every parcel will be delivered.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payment via credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discovery, American Express), PayPal, and Western Union. Please contact customer service if you do not know how to pay. After you place your order, please let us know your order.
I am after a particular model but cannot find it on your website, can you get it?
We do keep rolling out our website, but not all of our inventory will immediately be present. Please feel free to contact us and send a picture of the items you are after. We are happy to tell you that we may be preparing them in my factory in some weeks or we may already get them ready to sell.
Is it 100% sure that we will get the parcel, what if the package is lost?
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.
We keep tracking for every parcel to make sure all goes well.
Please make sure your email and phone number are correct and someone there will be available to receive your order, otherwise your package may be returned.
We offer insurance on our website in case some parcels get lost then we could do a reshipment. If you worry, remember to add the insurance while ordering.
Can I get a catalog? I got a store and I want to sell your items.

Can I cancel my purchase?
Once your parcel has been shipped out, it is difficult for us to stop the shipping and cancel your order. However, if there’s anything wrong, feel free to contact us.
Do I need to pay for tax?
Different countries have different policies. We have rich shipping experience to lower the invoice so that the least amount of possibility on duties and taxes will be charged. We also offer insurance on our website in case some parcels get lost then we could do a reship. If you worry, remember to add the insurance while ordering.

Can the item come in a gift box?
We do offer gift wrapping. But if the package is too big to ship, an extra fee needs to be charged. Please contact customer service for further information.
